Details - Track jacket as worn when Chelsea finished 3rd in the Premier League and made it to the semi finals of both the FA and League Cup, losing against Manchester City and Swansea City respectively. Also worn when finished 3rd in their Champions League group meaning they would compete in the Europa League, they went on to win the competition, beating Benfica 2-1 in the final.
