Details - Classic home shirt as worn in Vincent del Bosque's first full season in charge of Real Madrid after winning the club's eighth European title in the previous season. The 2000-01 season saw Real Madrid win their first La Liga title in 4 seasons as they finished 7 points clear of second placed Deportivo La Coruna, they could not however defend their European title, being knocked out in the semi finals of the Champions League where they lost 3-1 on aggregate against Bayern Munich.
