Polo shirt as worn when Chelsea finished 5th and 6th respectively in the Premier League and won the 2000 FA Cup final, beating Aston Villa 1-0 with a great strike from Roberto Di Matteo in the last FA Cup final to be played at the old Wembley. Also worn when Chelsea made it to the quarter finals of the 1999-00 Champions League, losing 6-4 on aggregate against Barcelona.
