Details - Home shirt as worn when Derby County finished 3rd in the Second Division in the 1991-92 season, failing to gain promotion to the Premier League after losing 5-4 on aggregate against Blackburn Rovers in the play off semi finals. Also worn when Derby County finished 8th in the newly formed First Division in the 1992-93 season and were knocked out in the quarter finals of the 1992-93 FA Cup, losing 1-0 against Sheffield Wednesday in a replay.
